Ingredients
- 200 grams (1 cup) sugar
- 40 grams (1/3 cup) cornstarch
- 1 g (1/4 teaspoon) salt
- 250 milliliters water (1 cup) water
- 500 grams (4 cups) fresh or frozen berries
- 14 grams (1 Tablespoon) butter
Instructions
Mix first 4 ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Add berries and stir continuously while cooking for about 1 minute.
Add butter, stir and cool before adding to pie shell.
